Dear Mr. Morrison,
I had difficulty completing the online survey, so I thought I should just send my comments about my stay at the Royal HotelConference & Resort to you directly.
I very much enjoyed the amenities in your hotel. What impressed me most were the 5-star dining facilities on the 20th floor. The restaurant’s extended hours meant that I could dine late in the evening, after returning from my business meetings. In addition, the Italian cuisine was authentic and delicious. It was as good as anything I’ve tasted in ltaly itself!Although I didn’t have time to use the swimming pool, it certainly looked large and beautiful. Hopefully next time I will be able to take advantage of this facility.
I was not so happy with the gym facilities because every time I attempted to use the fitness center, the entrance was lockeD、The lack of attendants in this area of the hotel was frustrating. I also felt that the front desk service could be better.As a business client I had expected a New York Times newspaper to be delivered to my room each morning. This service is customary at other downtown hotels. In addition, the clerk at the front desk failed to attend to my requests with the degree of urgency usually associated with a luxury hotel.All in all, I was satisfied with your service. I feel that the benefits far outweighed the disadvantages of staying at your hotel. My job involves frequent trips to New York, and I will be staying with you once again in the near future.
